Nutrition
Consultation

The nutrition consultation is a one-time assessment of your nutrition goals and needs. Through specific interviewing and self-reporting, Julie will calculate, create, and assign calorie and macronutrient targets for you to follow based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

This option is best for those with their training dialed in, who need only a check-in with their nutrition for knowledge and accountability.

1-on-1 Online Nutrition and Fitness Coaching

This option is for those who require more accountability for both training and nutrition, who want more personalized attention, and are looking for a longer-term commitment. Your customized nutrition plan will be created around your needs, lifestyle, time, and preferences, and will be altered as needed throughout your commitment. The training program will be based on your available equipment, time, lifestyle, and abilities.

Several factors are evaluated and taken into consideration to ensure your safety. One-on-one coaching also includes daily, bi-monthly, and monthly check-ins to assess progress, and to make any necessary changes to the current program. It also includes unlimited e-mail support from Julie.

One-on-one coaching requires a 10-week minimum commitment.
